Refund & Return Policy

At Creative Mistakes, every bear is handcrafted with care and personality — no two are alike. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your order, so here’s what you need to know:

✅ Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations: 

  • Your item arrives damaged due to shipping.

  • The item is significantly different from what you ordered.

📸 We require clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery showing the damage or issue. Email us at imakecreativemistakez@gmail.com or text 904-628-9710

🚫 Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns:

  • Orders where the wrong information was submitted (size, theme, name, etc.).

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Items that have already been used, altered, or customized further after receipt.

  • Missed deadlines when no confirmed shipping date was guaranteed.

🔄 Replacements / Repairs

 

If damage is minor and repairable, we may offer a discounted repair service or replacement parts — just reach out!

💵 Deposits

25% deposits are non-refundable once production begins, even if the final balance isn’t paid. We hold finished bears for up to 14 days. After that, they may be resold.
